Iowa Rock 'n Roll Music Association
Preserving Iowa's Rock 'n' Roll History since 1997
The state of Iowa is rich in its musical history, particularly with rock 'n' roll music. It is the goal of the Iowa Rock 'n' Roll Music association to help preserve this history and the bands, musicians, radio stations, music venues and individuals that have contributed to it.
We offer visitors a rock 'n' roll museum full of interesting exhibits featuring all sorts of personalities from Iowa's musical past, as well as a look at our past inductees of bands, musicians, radio hosts and others that are a part of Iowa's rock 'n' roll legacy. We also provide educational programs for people of all ages to enhance their musical education.
The soul and rhythm of rock 'n' roll music has captured the hearts of Iowans since it first gained popularity in the 1950s. Come visit us and celebrate our state's unique and vibrant musical history!
